The protagonist, Keita Munakata, had always longed to become a daycare worker and had found a job, but his daycare center went out of business. He was at his wits' end, but the person who came to his rescue was his aunt, Ruriko Sasayama, who runs a daycare center called "Tamahiyoen" and is also its director, and so she offers him a helping hand. She agrees to help him out, and he ends up living with her. At the kindergarten, he meets a group of beautiful older women who are all nursery school workers! A cheerful colleague who has a lot of a experience. A senior colleague who is full of motherly love and loves pampering. A bold and a little naughty colleague who is the kindergarten nurse.
