Tsumugu Taki moved from his hometown to Nagoya after graduating high school. For now, all he knows is that he doesn't see himself as a blue-collar worker, so he decided to attend college. He soon meets Sousei Morotomiya, a grumpy long-haired man with a sharp mind, and has a fateful reencounter with Kotoko Yotsutsuji, his old high school crush.
