Natsuki is a boy who transforms when he is kissed by someone he loves. Natsuki then transforms into Natsumi, a boy the protagonist had loved since childhood. The shy Natsumi had been transformed into the confident Natsuki by the power of a drug the protagonist had given him in the past.
