Middle-schoolers Usagi and Mint are bored. Really, really bored. But Usagi's heard of a new transfer student called Louve in first grade, and asks the obvious question - what kind of panties could she be wearing? Her friend Mint thinks this is unbelievably stupid, but agrees to join in the war effort, lured by the promise of ice cream. Let the hijinks begin.
