Area city. A city run by a conglomerate where every citizens work for the same group of companies. The city is the peak of technology world wide thanks to an invention that has become the banner of that conglomerate, U.R: The ability to manipulate the perception of anyone under the area of effect of that invention. The symbol of Area city, the tri-tower being the proof of the power of U.R, anyone living inside the city can only perceive the giant towers in the middle of the city but outside of it only one giant black tower can be observed. And in the same way U.R can only be recognized outside of the city, anyone living inside cannot perceive in any way its existence. An exception exists, 82 people chosen randomly in the city possess the power to manipulate the U.R and therefore manipulate reality with nothing but a thought, though of course some restrictions exist. The game begins with 7 people called for the Imitation Game, an event that happen every 2 years. That even exists to shuffle the U.R users and find new appropriate users. The game is simple, among the 7 participants there is 2 “fakes”, new U.R users who learned of the existence of that power only recently, 3 true U.R users and one judge. The game takes place during a period of 10 days, during that period the players are forced to take part of a text meeting 3 players at a time to interact with the other players, the players of course don’t know who is a true user, a fake one or even who is the judge. At the end of the 10 days the judge had to decide who among the 5 other players are the 3 true ones, if a fake player manage to go through he will become a real U.R user and anyone deemed fake will loser their power, if the judge make both fakes go through he will lose his power. The seventh and last participant is only an observer used to guide the players through the text meeting. But actually there is a second reality to that game, the true goal of the seventh participant is to find out who among the players is actually an A.I [From Hadlerblog's review]
